How to wear:

1. Put on the strap
   Slip your arms through the shoulder straps, similar to wearing a backpack.
   
   
2. Secure the main strap (waist/abdomen)
   Pull the thicker strap forward and adjust it around your waist/abdomen.
   **Note: The main goal is just to secure the vest, please avoid over-tightening. Tighten further only if you desire rib-cinching effects.
   
   
3. Attach the second strap (back support)
   Pull the thinner strap forward to reinforce back support.
   **Note: Keep it comfortable; adjust tightness based on your preference.
   
   
4. Recommended wearing time
   Wear for 5–6 hours daily, adjustable to your needs.
